Abstreifer für Kolbenstangen / Pneumatikdichtung
Standardbauform, für geschlossene Nuten

Beschreibung

Abstreifringe der Bauform AE8 (010) bzw. AE8-PU (026) haben die Aufgabe Dichtungen und Führungen vor Beschädigungen durch an der Kolbenstange anhaftende Verunreinigungen zu schützen.

Die Abstreifer der Bauformen AE8 (010) bzw. AE8-PU (026) sind für den Einsatz in pneumatischen Anwendungen ausgelegt, die mit trockener und ölfreier Druckluft betrieben werden.

Damit eine einwandfreie Funktion der Abstreifer gewährleistet werden kann, ist eine Anfangsschmierung erforderlich.

Als Standardwerkstoff wird vorzugsweise ein hochverschleißfester Acrylnitril-Butadien-Kautschuk (NBR) für Temperaturen von -30° C bis + 80° C eingesetzt.

Für spezielle Anwendungen können wir die Bauform ebenfalls aus dem hochverschleißfesten Werkstoff Polyurethan (PU) für einen Temperaturbereich von -35° C bis + 80° C anbieten.

Falls erforderlich, ist auch eine Anfertigung aus anderen Elastomeren, wie z.B.  Fluorkautschuk (FPM/FKM)  oder Ethylen-Propylen-Dien Kautschuk (EPDM) sowie weiteren Werkstoffen möglich.
